Assessment centres are a new recruitment process that is popular overseas and is starting to become prevalent in Canada. They are an all-encompassing testing that requires one to standout amidst group work, aptitude, logic and/or numeric testings, interviews and more. It is no longer enough to know how to interview well.
To prepare you for future job seeking processes, MIBA will be hosting a mock assessment centre with the following features:
Aptitude Test

A combination of logic and numeric testing that will not require studying. This provides a chance to stretch your mind, which is key for real aptitude tests.

Case Competition

As a group,  you will analyze a case. A judge will be sitting with you as a quiet member to observe your discussion and evaluating both the group and the individual contributions. This tests your ability to be VIVID in a more natural environment.

Experience and Feedback

The stress of walking into an assessment centre for the first time can be extremely stressful, but VIVID will build your confidence so you can display your best skills when it really matters. Immediate feedback will be provided for each activity by the judges.
