Vice-President of Marketing (1)

The Vice President of Marketing is the creative genius leading all social media communications with all stakeholders of the MIBA organization. The VP of Marketing is responsible for maintaining, improving and promoting the MIBA brand to the UofT and other University communities and the organization’s internal and external sponsors.   

They will work with a team of directors and associates of Graphic and Content Designers, Social Media experts, and provide strategic direction on creating the promotional content for the organization. Additionally, they will be involved in crafting and monitoring the website and MIBA’s status on all social media platforms 

Requirements & Assets:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.  
  • Refined and tested organizational abilities.  
  • Polished communication skills and confidence to speak to peers, the Department of Management and externals.  
  • Passion for advertising and content creation with a good understanding of design principles.  
  • Experience with social media management and graphic design, particularly, use of Canva. 
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (particularly Illustrator), Final Cut Pro X, and any other graphic programs is considered a strong asset.
